Troy, a police officer, and Julie, an elementary school teacher, have had the dream of starting a family since 2003. Through our journey, we are certain that adoption is the right path for us. Both of our parents live in the same town as us, and they offer their love and support to your baby! Our city (population of about 12,000) offers many youth programs, and our house is only blocks from downtown, the public library, and local zoo! We know adoption is a difficult decision for you, but please remember what a miracle you can make for us. We are Joe and Miranda and we have been together for almost seven years.  Breanna is our nine year old daughter who loves her baby sister and is looking forward to becoming a big sister again.  Sydney joined our family through adoption; she is happy and playful and we are lucky to have her in our lives.  We can't wait to add another child to our family. Thank you for considering us as adoptive parents to your child.
